2. What Clauto Does

Clauto aggregates publicly available dealer inventory data, scores listings based on market comparison, and provides AI-generated negotiation suggestions. We are an information tool — not a dealer, broker, or financial advisor.

3. No Guarantees

Vehicle listing data comes from third-party sources and may not always be current or accurate. Deal scores are estimates based on available market data. AI negotiation advice is generated guidance, not professional counsel.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing price, vehicle condition, market value estimate, or negotiation outcome. Always verify vehicle details independently before making a purchase.

4. Accounts

You may browse Clauto without an account. Certain features (saved alerts, negotiation coach) require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

5. Premium Subscriptions

  • Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis.
  • You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@clauto.xyz.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from Clauto.
  • Use Clauto for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
  • Resell or redistribute Clauto data commercially.

7. Limitation of Liability

Clauto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to vehicle purchase decisions made based on our data or AI suggestions.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Clauto after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email or site notice.
